I am having trouble seeing the cursor on my screen in this new environment. I love the 27" screen and 2560 X 1440 display. The mouse is often next to invisible to me so I wondered if there was any way to make it larger.
You can enlarge the size of the mouse cursor in System Preferences > Universal Access > Mouse & Trackpad tab. There is a Cursor Size slider near the bottom. I use it on my 27" also.
Yep, go to your System Preferences (through the Apple Icon, top left corner).
Go to Universal Access, then over to Mouse.
Down at the bottom you should see a slider for Mouse Size.
Hope this helps.
Yes, it is a test of my stupidity. The great number of responses in a very short time shows how I should have been able to figure it out. I can now see this dratted mouse! Thank you all!
I prefer Mouse Locator (free download)

I like this Mouse Locator Graphic

I have a 27" iMac WITH an attached 24" 1920x1600 2nd monitor. And then to make it more interesting, I have my 13" MacBook sitting under the 24" monitor and I use teleport to control the MacBook. I find Mouse Locator extremely useful in finding my mouse cursor no matter which of the 3 screens it is on.
