iPhoto won't number photos sequentially during Export.

I'm trying to export some photos from iPhoto to my Home Folder. I follow the instructions in the Help File.

I select the photo, choose File-Export...

For the File Name I choose "Sequential".

In the "Prefix for sequential" box it shows the Event Name.

I select "Export", and in the dialog box that follows, it displays "Save As:" Event Name1.

That works fine, but when I do the same for each additional photo, it won't increment to Event Name2 and so on.

Any ideas how to correct this?

iMac 2.6GHz, Mac OS X (10.5.5)

Greetings,

For that feature to work you have to export the pictures out in a batch.
So highlight all 50 pictures you want and then do the File > Export.
If you don't highlight all the desired images to start with, iPhoto doesn't know it is supposed to apply sequential numbering to more than a single picture, hence you get "prefix value" + 1.
