How to connect Nokia 5800i XpressMusic with iSync?

I have tried many times to get my Nokia 5800 connected with iSync, but it failed with a notice, iSync does not support this device. And I have download the plugins for iSync from the Nokia website, it won't help as well. So there's someone who can help me out of this?

Macbook, Mac OS X (10.6.4), Nokia 5800i XpressMusic, iSync 3.1.1

The Nokia 5800i XpressMusic iSync Plugin from Nokia does work, but if you are having problems with it, you need to contact Nokia support.
