youtube sort by upload date

Not in the built-in YouTube app.

But, if you use the YouTube web-app at http://m.youtube.com/ (which is better than the built-in app anyway), you can filter search results by Uploaded time (Anytime, Today, This Week, This Month)

I would love a way to sort by view count. I just had an incident where I knew exactly what video I was looking for but for some reason, no matter how specific I made the search, the video would not appear.

Said video has over 1M views; a quick fix would be to sort by view count.

Just don't understand why this isn't an option.
