I am trying to move a project to an external disc and the audio seems to have become disconnected from the project.
Is there a way to re-connect it?
The audio files are still on the hard drive but I get the warning that they are missing when I try to move it.

Also, you should be able to move your Project back to the internal drive and everything should work again. Then use the File/Consolidate command.
If you used the Finder to do the initial move, you should be able to use the Finder to move it back. If you used iMovie to do the initial move, the FILE/CONSOLIDATE command should work without moving it back.
You missed the point.
I am TRYING to move the project, not HAVE MOVED.
At this point I have moved nothing.
I am unable to move the project because it warns me the audio is no there.
It plays fine.
What I need is to re-connect the audio.
I have no idea why it is no longer connected.
