Microsoft Wireless Entertainment Keyboard 7000/8000 Trackpad

Hey guys,

Has anybody successfully got the trackpad built into the Microsoft Wireless Entertainment Keyboard 7000/8000 to work with OSX?

Is there a program that can remap the keyboard/ trick OSX into thinking it's a form of input device similar to a mouse/ trackpad?

Appreciate it!

Since trackpads are basically mice that have been redesigned to work with the finger for input, you might initially try to see if your Keyboard and Mouse System Preference can control it. If not, Steer Mouse and USB Overdrive both may be able to access it. If neither can, Microsoft makes Intellimouse drivers that may work with their product. Just verify they are compatible with your second point version of your operating system, as I mentioned about the keyboard here:
