Hi,

Login to another user account. Try that site on Safari there.

If TopSites renders the sites ok there, log back into your user account.

Open a Finder window. Select your Home folder in the Sidebar on the left. Now open the Safari folder.

Move the TopSites.plist file from the Safari folder to the Trash.

Relaunch Safari.

You may need to delete the cache.db file also.

In that Finder window from your Home folder open the Library folder again. Now open the Caches folder then the com.apple.Safari folder. Move the cache.db file from the Safari folder to the Trash.

Relaunch Safari.

Check Safari / Preferences - Extensions. You may have installed an Extension that's causing the problem.

And try troubleshooting the Safari .plist file.

Quit Safari (Command + Q) Open a Finder window. Select your Home Folder in the Sidebar on the left. It has a small house icon. Then open the Library folder then the Preferences folder. Move the com.apple.Safari.plist file from the Preferences folder to the Desktop. Now launch Safari. If Safari renders pages correctly, move that .plist file to the Trash.
