How much does it cost to use FaceTime?

Hi guys..

I was just wondering.. If i'm going call my girlfriend, with facetime, who is in Miami right now, how much am i then gonna pay for the phone call? is it like normal charge or what? i know i've gotta pay the text message to england or so, but since it's on wi-fi it should be free right? 🙂
