How do I rename a song in iTunes?

Hi I have some cds that iTunes doesnt recognise but I know the album and song names. How do I change the names from Track 1, Track 2 etc, to the real names? Please. Thank you.

To edit song or CD information:

Select the song or CD you want to edit, and choose File > Get Info (or press Command-I).

Click the Info tab and make your changes.

TIP: If you’re changing the same information for multiple items (album name, for example), you can select all the items and change the information for all of them at the same time. Then go back and change the track titles individually.
