Viewing iBooks in USA from outside USA

Michael, there have been a couple threads on here in the past week or two dealing with iBooks from other countries. One thing pointed out has been a limitation on buying from the iTunes where the iPad is registered, or where the account and credit card are registered.

There probably is some way to setup accounts in other countries, maybe with credit cards aligned with them, then log into those accounts.

Have you tried contacting Apple to see if they have provisions for doing that?
