Keynote presentation file folder
I synced my iPad with some new keynote presentations and now the file folder in the upper right corner is gone. I've reset, restarted and re-synced and nothing. Any ideas?

I had been pulling my hair out about the same issue. Turns out that they moved the import in the update. Look for the little tray icon at the bottom with the down arrow. It's now "Copy from iTunes." That will allow you to import a file that you added in the iTunes sync.
