Extracting A Font From A Suitcase

http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1380387

In this thread the first post reads,
"anyone know of a free program that will help extract the individual fonts from an old suitcase font file. I know there is font doctor and smasher etc. Just wondering if there is a freeware program out there? "

I have font doctor so, how do you extract a font from a suitcase with fontdoctor? Or how do you extract a font from a suitcase at all?

Thanks

macbook pro, Mac OS X (10.5.6), blah

Launch Font Doctor and press Command+N to create a new, empty suitcase. Pick a location and give it a name. Press Command+D. Open the font suitcase you want to move or copy fonts from in either window. Click on the opposite window and open your newly created suitcase. Drag between them to move fonts from one suitcase to the other. Option+drag to copy them so the original remains as it is.
