how to input a zip code with 0 as the first number

I'm trying to compose a numbered address list for my company and most of the zip codes start with 0 which does not print in the cell - the only way I have been able to do it is to put an asterisk in front of the 0. It's got to be simpler -thanks

oseanna,

Format the postal code cells as Text before entering the data. Then the zeros will stay in the leading position. If the format is in the default mode of Automatic, Numbers will assume that your code is a number and toss the unneeded leading zero.
