How to move list of checked songs to another computer

I have an iTunes library of, let's say, somewhere between 10 and 100 albums. I've unchecked all of the songs that I don't like. Let's say about 3 or 4 per album. I have iTunes configured with "Sync only checked songs" to my iPod.

I just got a new computer. I used the iTunes "Library -> Back Up to Disc" feature to transfer my library to the new computer. But all of the songs are checked in the new library.

How can I transfer either a checked song selection or a playlist or something to the new computer so that I can tell iTunes which songs I want synchronized onto my iPod?

Thanks.

PC, Windows 7

File > New smart playlist.
Limit to 10000 hours
Match checked songs.
Select this new playlist then File > Library > Export playlist.
Copy the file to the new computer then File > Library > Import playlist.

Although rather than using checkmarks to sync, create playlists (use this one) and sync only selected playlists).
Simply add/delete from this playlist then sync the iPod to add/delete from the iPod.
