HOB Link JWT

I just noticed these folders on my hard drive and looked at the ini file that was in there. It had some stuff about hot keys and what not - I looked it up online and see that it is some kind of remote desktop. How did this get on my laptop and how do I remove it? The software appears legitimate but I'm wondering about how something I didn't install and does not appear to be a part of any application I use got onto my hard drive.
