Hand write on a Word doc

Hi people!
Is there any iPad application that will allow me to hand write on a Word doc?
Because of my job I'm carrying paper Word docs all over. I need to make hand notes on them such a scratch them, circle somethings or add a note. I need to do it by hand, no typing.
IIf I could do that on the iPad, I would definitely go for one and STOP killing trees.

Hi, Goodreader and iAnnotate will allow you to add annotation notes to pdf doc. Do they allow you to do the same to word doc, I'm not sure? You may get some answers looking up app details for business productivity on the apple apps store.

you might want to check out Goodreader Apps. The upgraded version may do the job. good luck.

Nope, I've tried iAnnotate, GoodReader, Noterize, iDraw, Pages, PrintCentral. Some will let you look at a document, none of them will let you scribble or hand draw notes on a word document. Shame as that would be really useful. The alternative is to use something to make it into a pdf and scribble on the pdf. Not all that helpful.
