Q: Removing a single frame

Not strictly a FCE question in the sense that I would like to avoid using FCE to re-render my movie, but here is it.
I did not catch it before I rendered my ~6min HD movie, but one of the clip I overlay on top of my main clip is offset by one frame. This result in a brief single flashing frame, which I only picked up after rendering and JES deinterlacing.
Is there a way for me to crudely remove that lone frame and stitch the two sides of the movie together SIMPLY and RAPIDLY (meaning without re-rendering in FCE and thus have to deinterlace afterwards)? I know there will be a slight audio glitch but that's probably going to be minor.
I suppose not, considering that compression etc links several frames together and therefore breaking the flow means having to re-render, but I had to ask the question just in case...
