Itunes says Ipod Touch not authorized, but after signing it, says it is...
Odd problem...
I've got a 3rd Gen Ipod touch (8gb) with iOS 4.1. When I plug the iPod into my WinXP (SP3) computer with Itunes 10, I get a message saying that the iPod is "Not Authorized" with that computer, and I have to sign in. Once I sign in with my iTunes password, I then get a message that the Ipod is "already authorized" and that I have 3 of 5 authorizations left. This is correct, since I also have Itunes on my laptop.
This does not occur on my laptop with Win7.
This is more of a nuisance than anything else, since once I enter my password, everything works fine, but I can't figure out why it tells me it's not authorized, then tells me it "already" is authorized once I sign in.
