Creating custom mail stationary?????

I'm not sure if I'm in the right forum for this but wasn't sure where else to post...

I want to sent out an announcement to my clients via Mail and want to create an eye catching, modern looking document. All of the pre-loaded stationary in Mail is "cute" and rather silly looking to me. Is there a way to create my own or a site that I can browse and download stationary?

Thanx,

Apple's solution: http://www.apple.com/pro/tips/mail_templates.html
More advanced solution: http://www.thegraphicmac.com/how-create-customized-osx-mail-stationery-leopard

What I would do:

If you have any expertise in web design/development, then create a web page that fits the precise look and feel you are going for. Upload this file and all associated images to a web-accessible location. Then, in Safari, visit the page, and choose File >Mail Contents of This Page.

Tip: Keep your design within a 600px width.
