FaceTime for Mac

I'm trying to contact someone from my Mac to an iPhone 4. The person is unavailable. If the phone is on, what else will make it unavailable.

They may have Facetime disabled or they may not be on a wifi network.

Mine works under a new user account (System Preferences > Accounts). I added a contact into the blank address book to test it out. I'm troubleshooting it right now to get it to work under my account, I think it has something to do with not fully accessing the keychain.

The tell-tell sign for me is when I launch FaceTime for Mac the preview window does not show immediately. I have to click a second time for the window to appear. This does not happen under the new account

ok My fiance's iMac is setup for Facetime, I added myself to her address book and it appears in the FT app. When she calls me it says I'm unavailable for FT.
I have FT enabled and am on our WiFi so what is the issue???
Also, if I am initiating the FT call from my phone it only gives me a choice for FT calling to phone numbers not an email which I assume is required for the phone to FT for Mac....
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Hey guys!
I've installed FaceTime on my Mac today, but i'm not being able to activate it.
I try to log in using my .Me account, but when I type in my password and hit enter, it says it's longging in, but it never does.
It's really frustrating. I've tried like a hundred times and it never works.
It's not only in my MacBook that it does that; i've also tried installing it on my brother's MacBook Pro and the same thing happens.
Any idea on how to solve this???
Thanks!
