Use a conversion program and convert them to an iTunes-compatible format such as AAC.

Even if you find a plug-in (similar to what Xiph does for FLAC) they will play in iTunes but will not sync to an iPod, which defeats the main purpose of iTunes.

The Xiph components are the only way I've ever seen to do this, and they haven't been updated in almost a year and a half now. So I don't think there's any way with the newer versions of iTunes and QuickTime to play a Vorbis stream, if the Xiph QT component doesn't work. You'll probably have to use a different player.

Regards.

You can set iTunes to open in 32-bit mode through the get info tab in applications. The problem I had with that was the files will have breaks in the audio occasionally. I'm not impressed with any free conversions I've tried so I am going to be using my PC to record OGG as high-quality WMA and convert through iTunes. If that doesn't work out I'll send my Cowon player in for servicing.
