Every time that try to view something on Craigslist, I receive the blue question mark box instead of a photo. How can I change this so that I can view the photo instead? I am having this issue with other web sites too.
failing that, d'you have any filtering/blocking//security/proxy/ad-removal software ?
tried another user account?
nothing checked in System prefs-Network-Advanced-Proxies ?
I tried those options and they didn't work. However, I tried a different user account and everything worked fine. I'm trying to figure out what is different between the two, but I haven't solved it yet. Hopefully, I'll find it.
Ok good, - well if it's just Safari, then removing the cache is a reasonable step
It's in Home/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/ - trash the file cache.db while safari is quit.
You've any software/plugins in Home/Library/Input Managers/ or .../Internet Plug-Ins/
any Safari extensions in Safari-Preferences-Extensions ?
and account-specific login items in System Preferences-accounts ?
I noticed that you live in Somerset. My family has lived in Watchet for hundreds of years. We emigrated to the U.S., but I would love to take my kids back there one day. Great to see a familiar, yet special place on here.
