Can the MacBook Air (Late 2010) RAM Be Upgraded by the User?

Can the RAM in the new Airs be changed by the user or does it have to be spec'd when an order is placed with Apple?

The RAM is not user upgradeable. It's all soldered onto the logic board, so it's not even field upgradable by a technician. You need to order the MBA with the amount of memory you want.
