iPhoto 11 - Extended EXIF data where?

Hi,

I've just upgraded to iPhoto 11 and can't access the extended EXIF data for each photo that was available with "Show Extended Photo Information" in '09. I regularly retrieve the long and lat of the photo from here so if it is gone it is a problem for me. Anyone else found a way to get to the full EXIF data?

Thanks

It's at the top of the Info window on the right (when displayed)

…yes, the extended EXIFs seem to be lost in iPhoto 11.

I don't have iPhoto 11 yet, but just looking at the illustration above I can see:

SIze in pixels
Date
Filename
Filesize
Date
Location
Camera Make and Model
Shutter speed
Aperture
Exposure Bias
Exposure
Focal Length
Metering
ISO

Put another way, the only things I'm not seeing there are

Max Aperture
Exposure Index
Distance
Sensing
Light Source

which may be because they are not available in the Exif of that example.

Thanks for the graphic upload Old Toad. It illustrates my point in that the old latitude and longitude that were supplied numerically (and able to be then used in other software etc) is now just displayed as a pin on a map. To get the actual data I need to get out of iPhoto now and use an EXIF viewer. Shame. Oh well, I like the rest of the changes and increase in speed.

That's right. It writes the location info to the file only when the file is exported out of iPhoto with the option to include the location data. Otherwise I believe it's stored in the Database/Places/location files ending with .applace. The contents of the iPhoto library has changed considerable looking more like an Aperture library.
