Then found that:

So, it does beg the question, why a website development company - someone who is likely familiar with the Internet, would have trouble doing a search on Google (that big search engine - sure you have heard of it) for: +Apple in San Jose Costa Rica+, with the first link coming up with: Costa Rica Apple, Macintosh repair and service technicians?

I am not sure if you realize how poorly the question and content reflects on your claimed position / company. In the one case - just really sloppy attempts at marketing. In the other a web marketing firm that does not know how to do a Google Search.
