My ipod is broken. The USB thing is messed up. it has been broken for awhile, and about 2 weeks ago, i put in for it to get fixed, but i never sent it in. And it said it would expire in 10 days. But now i really do want to send it in, and when i go to the warranty thing, it says there is a service request in progress or something like that. I lost the email with all the information, so i don't know what to do. It won't let me resend my information. What am i supposed to dO?
