Apple Store Sucks ?

As a first time user experiencing the Apple Store I have to say how angry it has made me in ten minutes.

I'm trying to buy QuickTime 7 Pro - personal details entered, credit card details entered. Continued all the way to what appeared to be a successful conclusion. But wait. What's this? Absolutely no sign of my product key. No sign posts as to where to go.

So I attempt to track my orders - none listed.

Is Apple just having a blonde day or is it always this bad?

Any help please - I'm trying my best to like Apple - but I'm just not feeling the love for this brand just yet.
