Reset Game Center games???

Hello,

Is it possible to reset the achievements and scores of Game Center games?

I want to remove the scores and achievements of ANGRY BIRDS and play again from the beginning.

the only thing I can think of doing is uninstalling the game so you lose all its data and then reinstalling the game im not even sure if that will work...
