The only way to get rid of it is to do a SUDO Command in Terminal. Launch terminal type: sudo rm -rf then drag the file and drop it right after the sudo command you typed in, press return and then it will ask you for your system password, enter the password press return and it will be gone for good.
This is what it looks like: sudo rm -rf wkresources press return, enter system password then it will be gone!
Note: make sure after sudo, rm and -rf there is a space: example but with out the under score:
sudo
rm_-rf
