Downgrade from 4.0.2 to 3.1.3

Downgrade from 4.0.2 to 3.1.3

Hi guys i just upgraded to 4.0.2 and i don't like the os software anymore so i want to downgrade to 3.1.3 so can somebody show me a way to downgrade my ipod touch.

samsung, Windows XP Pro, very old computer (15 years old computer)

There is no legitimate way to downgrade.

yeah, you'll find several annoyed users on these forums. I can't stream audio since the OS4 upgrade, and short of a special trip to an Apple store I can't find a way to even get Apple to acknowledge that the problem exists.
