Why does logic play from just before the cycle/loop?

It still happens now and then.
Annoyingly, I may have been working happily for hours, then it just suddenly starts doing it.

Yes, then logic loops fine, after that. Where should I look for a count-in preference?

The Program seems to be back to normal . I haven't changed anything, its as if one day its all weird, the next its fine.
Maybe there was a bug or something or maybe a song I was working on had become corrupted.
I am sorry to have bothered you guys, thank you for all your help. If it happens again though i'll let you know.
