iPhone Screen Goes White..now it wont turn on!!!

the iphone screen suddenly went white and now it will not turn on...no water entered it ....just whent white by itself PLEASE HELP!!

Have you tried basics from the manual?

Restart, which you have tried.

Reset.

Restore.

I tried all that I have a hunch it's the LCD.. Could that be the case or the LCD doesn't go out like that

Please help I'm frustrated :/
