converting .qcp to .mp3

Question

converting .qcp to .mp3

I have an LC phone that records audio in .qcp format but I cannot get it to play on my Mac mini or my iMac G5. Does anyone know of a sound converter out there for Mac that help me to convert this to a file format I can play on my Mac or in iTunes?

I found out that because LG uses a specific codec that they will not release, the only way to get the audio off would be to run an audio line from the phone to my computer and then record the audio. I think from now on I will not use my phone for recording audio. It's not worth the trouble an the loss of quality.
