No SMS sound when in dock
Hi all,
Some strange behaviour:
1) After restarting my iP4, when first placing it into the charging dock (connected to the wall, not the PC, and no audio cable attached to it), I get the "charging" beep, or some kind of sound. Great. But every other time I take the phone out and place it bank in the dock, there is no beep. It charges fine, but there's no confirmation. Is this normal?
2) While it is charging, I get no sound notifications when I receive an SMS. Calls ring out as normal while it is in the dock, but I get no SMS sounds. While the phone is out of the dock, SMS sounds work as normal.
What gives?
