Serial number Font?

Does anyone know what the Font of the serial number is on the back of an iPad? We have a customer that's scanning that, but they have to train the scanner to know what to read. Knowing the font will help tremendously.

I called Apple but the support there did not know. I am going to call the main office in a few minutes and see if they know, but they are not open quite yet.

Does anyone know the answer to this? If I find out, I will post here for anyone else who might need this weird info.
