iPad is getting slower and slower

Hi, my iPad is getting slower and slower. The drive is quite full and I have also some more apps installed (70). Is there something I can do to make it faster again? I tried to defrag under Windows 7 but can't find the iPad drive in the Win Explorer. Or is there a program in Mac OSX I can use for? Looking forward to some ideas.

iPad, Mac OS X (10.6.4), Win 7 also installed on my Mac

What do you mean by slow? Slow opening app? Slow surfing? Have you tried resetting your iPad?
reset iPad. Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button and the
Home button for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

HI and welcome...

The drive is quite full

The magic words. Delete some apps and or music or video from the iPad the next time you sync using iTunes so that frees up some storage space.

Then restart your iPad. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPad. To turn iPad back on, press and hold the Sleep/Wake until the Apple logo appears.

My ipad3 was running slow, very slooooow. My ipad could not even open a web page. Battery power just zapped, etc. I tried al the suggestions here. These suggestions I try as a first check to see if that helps. No luck though. The strange think that does not make since to me is at the problem ended up be the Ap Spotify latest update. For some strange reason even though I am not using his app my system was running slow as soon as I deleted this app everything is running fast now.

Any thoughts on why this would be the case?
