Sorry for a dumb question: Can I use my 2010 MacBook Pro's power-cord to charge MacAir 11 inch without damaging it? I always like to have an extra power cord. Thanks.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.4)

It is possible to use the MacBook Pro's cord for the Air but not the Air's cord for the MBP.

Apple says:
"Although you should always use the proper wattage adapter for your Apple portable, you can use an adapter of a higher wattage without issue."

Absolutely no problem in the US on our current...can't speak for international current since it doesn't work the same overseas...

There is no problem using the different power adapters internationally.
