Q: OT: Solution that plays back sound track and DMX lighting control

I am an actor who has a ultra-mobile one-man show for nursery and old people's homes. I am looking to add DMX lighting cues to an existing cd sondtrack. The economy of this sort of work does not allow me to have a lighting-sound engineer so I figure that it might be possible pre-record audio and lighting into the same app and have compostion fire off via a remote control using some sort of chapter system. Enttec has a logic plug-in that allows logic Pro to write the dmx controls as part of a composition, hence why I am asking this forum.

My dream is to have a remote control for my powerbook that, when I push a button, will fire off chapter that is part of a composition, just like a cd player jumps from one track to the next, but with either sound or lighting or both.

Does anyone know if there is a simple solution via a mac based app or my I just dreaming again?
