Print first page on letterhead

How do I print hundreds of copies of a personalized multi-page letter, with the first page on letterhead and the balance on white sheets, using Acrobat?

I am not certain what you want here. Acrobat does not print to paper, nor does it generate content except with a lot of effort. If you are generating a PDF with Acrobat so that a printer can print it with the first page on preprinted letterhead, that is usually controlled when it is printed by the multi-tray printer. Alternatively, if you are printing letterhead on the first page as you print the document, you do that in the application that generates the content.

You really need to be more specific.
