Pictures, Images for wallpaper

Is there a way to save a pictues for wallpaper use in the wallpaper folder, I would like to save some sports logos as wallpaper to the wallpaper folder. Currently if I change from one teams logo to another, the past used logo disappears beacause it was not saved to the wallpaper folder is this possible other than the camera roll

You can't save anything to the iPhone's built in wallpaper folder. Create your own wallpaper folder, import the various pics from your camera roll, then sync them to this folder.

You don't. First you import the photos from your camera roll. Then you create the folders/albums on your computer in whatever supported application you use for photo management, then select these folders/albums under the photos tab in iTunes & sync them to your phone.
