Screen Sharing with VPN
I'm having trouble screen sharing with VPN.
I have 2 macs and when they're "in the same place" (on the same network), I can open a finder window and press the button that says "screen share" and it works perfectly. So, I think the screen sharing settings are correct.
However, when they're not in the same building, I connect them via a PPTP VPN. I launch the vpn and it authenticates successfully. I can then connect to any file and view/copy, etc. - so I think the VPN is working.
But, the little button that was there - the "screen share" button is missing and I can't seem to get it to come back.
Any ideas?
