How do I raise the volume of the iPod Touch speakers? I mean, it's at max volume, but when I insert headphones, the max volume can be raised like 3 times as much louder. How do I get the speakers to go that loud?
the iPhone 3 speakers are louder than the iPod touch 4 speakers.
When you adjust the volume, there's the line. Then there's the blue bubble type thing. On the speakers, I move the blue bubble all the way to the right, then when I put headphones in, it automatically goes 1/3ish of the way, so you can move it to the right even more.
Oh, I know what you mean. The reason of that is because the ipod actually have TWO sets of volume controls: Earphone volume control, and speakers volume control. It only shows the one you are using.
For example: I have the earphone volume at 2/3 of the way, i unplugged it, and maxed out speaker volume control. When I plug it back in, it will reset back to earphone volume control, which shows only 2/3. If you unplug it again, it goes back to speaker volume control, which you previously maxed out.
So if you unplugged it and maxed it out, that's as high and as loud it will go.
