console audio plug in not found

hello mac users, would anyone out there tell why i see this message? what am i being told?
i do have serato installed, though i don't really use it. it's installed in case a client uses it and i need to use his/her hardware.
is it causing me issues?
i use my mac for music and i like to keep on top of everything audio!
