Radio not working on iPod Nano

Bought an iPod Nano last April and it has been working fine for me for the last 7 months. However today I tried to listen to the radio but get nothing. All I get is a message on the screen saying "No Radio Signal, please plug in headphones for radio reception". Have tried two other headphones but same problem persists.
Everything else on the Nano works fine, just the radio is gone.

Has anybody else seen this problem ? If so, what's the solution ?

The earphones must be pushed very hard into the iPod. So hard, that the white part of the plug must touch the iPod in order for the external speakers to turn off. You will hear a click.

If you do a forum search, you will find this same solution. If it does not work, you will need to take your iPod to an apple store or call the Apple iPod tech support before your 1 year standard warranty runs out.
