Remove A Contact From A Group ?

How do i remove a contact from a group without deleting the contact ?

I accidentally dropped a couple into a group they shouldn't be in and can't seem to extract them without deleting them.

Can anyone shed any light ?

iMac 3.06GHz, Mac OS X (10.6.4)
