Canon LEGRIA (PAL)HF S200 Log & Transfer problem

Hi, I'm tring to convert my footage that's 25p (recorded as 50i as Canon explains)for FCP.
With L&T my 25i interlaced footage becomes progressive and the 25FSp interlaced!
Then I tried ClipWrap demo and everything transcoded to ProRes becomes progressive, with the H264 option (rewrap) everything becomes interlaced...

My system: FCP 6.05 MacPro DualCore 2.66 (Early model)
With Log and Transfer I can only change between ProRes 422 and AIC but no information/option regarding interlaced/progressive.
Does FCP 7 solve this issue?

thanks

There seems to be a major issue with all Canon Legria video cameras and the conversion process to AIC. I have encountered this with my Legria HF20 and iMovie. You may be interested in the following thread:

I have tried to highlight this issue with Apple Australia and Canon, but no one seems to care.
