Renaming Folder on Dock

I've recently installed Parallels Desktop on my MacBook Pro. I first installed Windows Vista on my virtual hard drive and then upgraded to Windows 7. The applications folder for Windows on my dock is called "Windows Vista Applications". When I right-click on the folder and choose Options -> Show in Finder, the Finder takes me to a folder called "Windows 7 Applications". How do I change the name of the folder on my dock so that it is also called "Windows 7 Applications" instead of "Windows Vista Applications"? Thanks in advance for your help!
