Sync Lotus Notes to Iphone

Can anybody recommend a solution to allow my Iphone 4 to sync with my lotus notes contacts and calenders that will actually work

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.6.4)

Certainly - Lotus Notes Traveler, set up on the server in about 20 minutes, then you go to a URL and it all works as expected (push) from there.

It's possible to sync your Lotus calendar (but not contacts yet) with Google or Yahoo! by PIM Syncer first and than sync it with your device by Google Sync:

PIM Syncer can work right on Lotus Notes client, that is you can install it even you do not have admin privileges. It can work on Mac, Linux or Windows too.

Now PIM Syncer supports synchronization Lotus Calendar with iCloud too.
