Wireless key (Aes or tkip)
where I can see if my wireless connection use AES or TKIP? My macbook pro is linked to airport exreme with wpa2 key.

Option-click on the AirPort icon in the OS X menu bar and note the value for Security. If it is listed as WPA/WPA2 Personal, it is most likely using TKIP; if it is listed as WPA2 Personal, then it would be using AES/CCMP.
