Not Allowed to Buy Movies?

I've just upgraded to iTunes 10 and I'm having a spot of bother.

When I browse the iTunes store for a movie, I get the page up with all the details, but the 'Rent Movie', 'Buy Movie' and even the 'View Trailer' buttons are greyed out, meaning I can't click on them.

Browsing music seems to be fine. I admit I've never bought a movie from iTunes before as I've always lagged too far behind with my version and OS etc. Now I've attempted to catch up and still iTunes is doing it's best NOT to sell me movies.

I thought the idea of a business was to make it as easy as possible for people to buy things from you. Why do iTunes make it so hard? I've trawled the help pages online (iTunes Help on my machine doesn't seem to be working at all!) but all I can find are details about authorizing. My machine is authorized and I'm logged in to my account.

Any thoughts anyone?
